Exercise Description:
1. Begin in the plank position, keep your feet together and bring your feet to your right elbow, slightly twisting your hips
2. Return to the starting plank position
3. Keep your feet together and bring your feet to your left elbow,
slightly twisting your hip, then return to the starting plank position
4. Repeat
