Exercise Description:
1. Get in the plank position, resting on forearms with your elbows in line with your shoulders, body aligned from head to heels
2. drive your right knee toward the outside of your right elbow by lifting your leg and bending your knee
3. Return to the beginning position.
4. Alternate and Repeat
