Exercise Description:
1. Stand with you feet shoulder width apart holding a dumbell in your left hand
2. Place your right hand behind your head
3. Lower the weight in your left hand stretching your right obliques
4. crunch your abs to the right side
5. Repeat for specified reps and then switch
