Exercise Description:
1. Hold dumbells in front of you at chest level, arms bent, elbows together and palms facing towards yourself
2. Rotate your arms out so the weight is at your side and about shoulder height
3. Press the weight above your head
4. Lower the weight back to shoulder height
5. Rotate the weight back in front of your chest
6. Repeat
